Legal Rights

I am bound by confidentiality and will treat all conversations, telephone calls and electronic communication as confidential. However, please bear in mind that my work assistant has access to my e-mail account and will also read out any paper data I bring with me - but she is also bound by the duty of confidentiality. You personally have the right to inspect her file or request a copy at any time.

Duty to Educate

You have the right to be fully informed about my diagnostic procedures and my treatments. I have the duty to inform about the nature, extent, risks, side effects, limitations and costs of all my applications and treatments. If you have the impression that there are still unanswered questions, please ask!

Due diligence

Naturopaths have a legally prescribed duty of care. This means, among other things, that I have to continue my education on a regular basis - which I love to do. But it also means that I have to be aware of my limitations, especially because of my blindness. If I consider certain diagnostic or treatment methods to be more suitable than those I can offer, I will refer them to colleagues or to physicians.
